Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Glosclean ships all orders to the US as well as other countries we serve. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Your delivery location will determine the currency in which you will be billed. Prices for orders shipped to a US destination will be quoted in US dollars. Prices may be adjusted based on your local currency if we offer transactions in that currency.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes/VAT. Import charges may apply to orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States. The customer is responsible for import charges.
This is the shipping method with the smallest carbon footprint. We encourage all customers to take advantage of free standard shipping to reduce their carbon footprint when receiving the product.

We are currently only able to offer FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States for orders of more than 50$.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@glosclean.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
